Comparative Tastings

At Pilot Peak Winery, we believe that wine should be enjoyed with food, family and friends. Comparative Tasting is a private and relaxed tasting "method" that allows you to savor, compare and contrast each wine being tasted.
While enjoying our beautiful tiered, stone-walled terraces, you will be able to sample a flight of our finest award-winning wines served four-at-a-time, in numbered glasses. The numbers on the glasses match the tasting notes provided to help guide you through this tasting EXPERIENCE. A small plate of appetizers adds to the "Experience" and provides the opportunity to appreciate the delightful interactions created by the marriage of food and wine. Once you have tried this "Complimentary" Tasting Experience -you'll never want to settle for those same ol' tasting room samplings again. Come See Us!

Sunset @ the PEAK

Starting in June and continuing through Mid October 2010 (WEATHER permitting) ~
We will open the winery at 6 pm until 10pm most Saturday nights for Saturday SUNSET @ THE PEAK!
Come join us as we host different restaurants and caterers each week with varying menus.
Imagine the music playing, the sun setting as it lights up Pilot Peak and a glass (or two) of some great wines - A PERFECT Way to enjoy the weekend!
