The hardcopy booklet is available at many locations in Nevada County, including Briar Patch, Flour Garden, NC and GV libraries, A-to-Z Supply, B&C, Peaceful Valley Farm Supply, Chambers of Commerce offices and others. 2010 CSA Farms (Community Supported Agriculture)

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is an arrangement between individuals farms and community members. It is a direct way to support your local farmers. In return, you receive fresh, healthy, seasonal food and the satisfaction of knowing you are truly making a difference!

CSA members invest in the farm at the beginning of the season, when funds are most needed, by purchasing a subscription. Then throughout the season, they receive a weekly box of produce or other goods. Many farms offer opportunities for you to become involved in the farm in other ways, like participating in harvesting. Contact the farms to get more information.
